Privacy Policy

1. Statement of intent
From time to time, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g., name and e-mail address, etc.) in order to receive or use services on our web site. Such services may include (but are not limited to) newsletters, competitions, and personalised services.

By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable Intouch development solutions Ltd to provide you with the services you select. Whenever you provide such personal information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy. Intouch development solutions Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. We will keep the information you entrust to us safe and secure.

Intouch development solutions Ltd adheres to the DMA Code of Practice for Commercial Communications to Children Online and does not knowingly collect personal date from children under 14 years of age. Orders of goods or services are not accepted from children under 16, without first obtaining a parent verifiable and explicit consent.

2. Information on visitors
During the course of any visit to the Intouch development solutions web site, the pages you see, along with something called a "cookie," are downloaded to your computer. Most, if not all, web sites do this because cookies allow the web site publisher to do useful things, like finding out whether the computer (and probably its user) has visited the site previously. This is done on a repeat visit by checking to see, and finding, the cookie left there on the last visit.

Any information that is supplied by cookies can help us to provide you with a better service and assists us to analyse the profile of our visitors.

3. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small string of text that is stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive, until it expires or you choose to delete it. A cookie is not a computer programme and cannot in any way harm the data held on your computer. Cookies allow you, as a user, to maintain the state of any application you connect with, so that when you come back to the website you can pick up where you left off. This allows you, for instance, to register once for our web site, without having to select a new password each time you return. Intouch development solutions Ltd cookies do not contain any personal identifying information, but do track your path through the site, helping us to improve our site based on the most popular routes taken by our visitors to access information. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser. Statistical data only is collected, which we will never pass on to any third party.

Cookies in themselves do not identify the individual user, just the computer used. Users have the opportunity to set their computers to accept all cookies, to notify them when a cookie is issued, or not to receive cookies at any time. If you set the browser to not accept cookies, it will result in certain personalised services not being provided to that user.

4. How to see your cookie code
Just click on a cookie to open it. You'll see a short string of text and numbers. The numbers are your identification card, which can only be seen by the server that gave you the cookie.

5. Log Files
Like most standard web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring / exit pages, platform type, date / time stamp, and number of clicks to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

6. Access to your personal information
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information Intouch development solutions Ltd holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. Please address requests to webmaster@intouchdevsol.co.uk

7. Passwords
Where applicable, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any user name and password provided to you on registration. You shall not disclose your user name or password to any third party. You are responsible for all activities which occur under your user name and/or password. If you become aware that any third party has obtained access to your user name or password or of any unauthorised use of your user name or password, you must report such to us immediately.

8. Marketing and user surveys
From time to time, we may send you details of other Intouch development solutions Ltd products and services that may be of interest to you. Please note that any information you provide via the Intouch development solutions Ltd web site will only be used within Intouch development solutions Ltd. It will never be supplied to third parties without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged by law to disclose information.

9. Revisions and updates
Intouch development solutions Ltd may need to change its online privacy policy from time to time to keep up with the ever-changing virtual reality. However, if policy changes are implemented which would materially and adversely affect the online privacy or security of our guests, the new policy will be emailed to all registered guests at their registered email address.
